The carriage canopy of the shops is made up of tubes of a diameter of 25 mm. These pipes are clamped by plastic hinges. The shop carriage canopy creates a shadow in front of the store by opening as much as a quarter-circle. These pipes are rolled up in different sizes according to the customer requirements. Each of these pipes is called “crack”. It is also important to divide the gap between the cracks. This is due to the fact that if the distance is too large, it will cause to sag veneers. On the other hand, if the gaps are very small, the canopy will not look good.
If a shop has a small height, there is a need for greater opening. In this case, you can use the “back fix” technique. For example, a shop has a 3-meter span and a height of 3 meters. The standard mode of using a canopy whose dimensions are 3 meter span and one meter in opening length. But here, the customer’s requirement requires a 1.4-meter opening. As a result, the back-up technique is used. This is done by adding a crack with 40 cm long pieces welded to the back of the canopy. In this way, using this technique will remove our problem.
Another problem may arise in the case of a shop carriage canopy. The problem is the so-called sagging cracks. To avoid this problem, we use the “double crack” technique. The use of this technique is to weld a tube at the length of the span of the carriage canopy in the bottom of the crack and cause it to not sag.
The Gearbox of the shop’s canopy
The gearbox is available to open and close the canopy of the shop both manually and electrically. Typically, this piece is welded for fitting to the last cracking of the carriage canopy.
Sometimes there is a problem with the gearbox installation. This problem is the employer’s request to install the canopy on the shutter. To solve this problem, we attach the gearbox lifting jack to the shutter or the fourth crack to pass the shutter hub and this problem will no longer occur.
